If you are not completely satisfied with a N.Y.I.A.N. purchase or gift for any reason, please review our return, refund, and exchange policies for purchases.

Returns & Exchanges

Merchandise must be returned in unworn, unused, and undamaged condition with all original tags attached. Please note that all returns are subject to validation and approval at our discretion.
In the case of incorrect items shipped or damaged during shipment, please contact our Customer Care Team at [email protected].

Holiday Returns

All orders placed between November 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018 must be returned no later than January 15, 2019. Final sale items still cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift Returns

Gift returns made within 30 days of the date of purchase accompanied by a valid gift receipt will be refunded in the form of store merchandise credit. For requests for gift returns without a valid gift receipt, we offer store merchandise credit reflective of the current selling price at our discretion.

Returning Online Purchases

For orders shipped to a U.S. address, we gladly accept returns of merchandise for a full refund if we receive your return within 30 days of the date of purchase. Requests for refund must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as your purchase was made. If we receive your item by mail past 30 days of purchase, or if your item was paid for with a NYIAN Gift Card or merchandise credit and we receive it within 30 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund in the form of an E-Gift Card for the item which may be redeemed from We do not accept returns made after 30 days of purchase date. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus an applicable sales tax.

All worn, damaged, used, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping and handling costs, gift box costs and other charges are non-refundable.

U.S. Returns By Mail purchases shipped to a U.S. address can be easily returned by mail (follow the return procedures described. Items shipped outside of the returns window may not be returned to you. We regret to inform you that we are unable to offer exchanges by mail.

U.S. customers can return online purchases made within the continental U.S. by first class mail to the address below, at their expense. We will process your return and issue a refund as soon as we receive your package. Please use a trackable and insured shipping method.

If you do not have the original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: Name and billing address, the original purchase prices, and approximate date of purchase. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for processing. Additional delays may occur. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed. N.Y.I.A.N. is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns.
